The 70-bedroom care home, located on the site of the former Springbrook pub off Knutsford Road, is due to complete in March 2023. New Care, part of Altrincham-based McGoff Group, is developing the Grappenhall scheme and McGoff Construction is the main contractor. As well as 70- en suite bedrooms, Grappenhall features communal lounges and dining rooms, spa-assisted bathrooms, a hair salon, nail bar and landscape front and rear gardens.
