C Squared Architects is looking to recruit a Senior Architectural technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong time management and co-ordination skills.

Required skills and qualities:

• Production & delivery of Tender/Construction packages
• Good communication with members of the team and clients
• Job Running
• Local Authority, Building Control & General Compliance Co-ordination
• Familiarity with Autocad and Revit.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Proven related Architecture experience.
• Experience of working on projects, preferably including site experience
• Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
• IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

The practice is seeking a talented Senior Architect with at least seven years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate would have strong design and communication skills, a passion for creating high quality architecture and an interest in pursing ambitious project with meticulous attention to detail. Whilst we primarily work in Revit, we can offer full training and encourage all our staff to continually develop their knowledge and skills through courses and further studies to suit their passions.

Required skills and qualities:

• Co-ordination of technicians in producing CAD drawings and 3D models.
• Development of designs to meet Building Regulations.
• Development of specifications for materials and workmanship.
• Familiarity with Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up or similar CAE tools.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture MArch or DipArch (RIBA Pt 2) or Equivalent
