C Squared Architects were employed by McGoff construction to produce the construction package for a 74-bedroom care home located on Otley Road, Adel. The care home is part of a larger development site comprising of 6 Care Bungalows and a refurbished residential property. The care facility is operated by New Care, part of the McGoff Group, and is the first care home in Yorkshire for the company.
