C Squared Architects were appointed by Mr & Mrs Sanders to provide a construction package for an 80sqm, two-storey extension to this early 17th-century Grade ll* listed manor house, set within 7 acres, in Cheshire. The extension takes full advantage of the incredible views overlooking the vast Cheshire countryside. Large floor-to-eaves solid oak frames containing bronze framed windows ensure daylight floods the extension from the East and South, coupled with a large natural stone terrace to the West, centred around a “wow factor” fire chalice. This extension was part of a wider refurbishment of the property; C Squared Architects were also appointed on the garage extension, Tithe barn conversion to a swimming pool and the stables conversion into ancillary accommodation.
