The client for this Care Home is Octopus Real Estate, however, it was designed for Care UK to ensure that it met with their space and operational standards. The home is 3 storeys high and uses the slope of the site to provide gardens at the ground and first-floor level, with a large terrace providing outside space on the second floor. The site was originally occupied by a modern car dealership, which influenced the contemporary proportions and materials during the planning process.
