The brief to the Design Team was to develop residential units for the site to suit the need profile of West Timperley. This means that a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments a required.

The proposed building has 5 one-bedroom apartments and 17 two-bedroom apartments. Again, to provide further choice, the two-bedroom apartments are available as either 65m2 or 79m2.

It is acknowledged that as people age their mobility changes, with most people preferring to stay in their own home. This means that all the units will be designed so that they can be adapted to the households’ changing needs.
