West Bridgford was our 4th planning approval for Tanglewood Care Homes Ltd. This one is certainly not your average 72-bedroom care home, split over 5 floors with ancillary facilities and generous shared communal areas on the ground floor, including a wellness spa and jacuzzi leading to secure gardens. The 6th floor boasts a unique rooftop garden with views across Nottingham and the River Trent, not to mention overlooking Trent Bridge Cricket ground! This is the ideal home for those cricket lovers and for anyone who enjoys watching the world pass by. Fantastic effort by all of the design team involved in delivering this delegated planning permission in such a prolific location
